Create and reuse a Music Persona
Create a Music Persona from a clean section of a finished song, save its musical character, and reuse that identity in a new generation.
Follow this guide in the studio ↗A Music Persona carries the musical character of one finished song into a new generation. It is useful when a project needs continuity across several tracks without copying the same lyrics or arrangement.
A Persona is different from the verified-voice workflow. It is a creative reference made from a song; it is not permission to imitate another person.
Create a Music Persona from a song
- Find a completed song in the result list.
- Open its … menu.
- Choose Generate Music Persona.
- Enter a clear Persona Name.
- Review or refine the Persona Description when the dialog allows it.
- Choose a clean 1–30 second vocal sample range.
- Choose Generate Persona.
The selected sample matters because it is the exact region used to capture tone, phrasing, and style. Prefer one stable performance without a transition, crowd noise, or an overlapping second voice.
Use a saved Music Persona
In the generator, open Select Music Persona (Optional) and choose a saved persona. Then write the new song normally.
Treat the persona as a stable identity layer, not a replacement for the new brief:
- the persona supplies continuity;
- Style explains what this song should do;
- Lyrics define the new words and structure.
If a new result copies the old arrangement too closely, simplify the Style and change one structural decision. If it loses the identity, preserve the key vocal and production terms in the Style field.
Build a reusable Persona deliberately
Give it a project-friendly name such as “warm close-mic indie vocal” rather than “Persona 3.” Keep the description about audible traits: vocal distance, phrasing, instrumentation, energy, and production texture.
When comparing generations, change only one layer at a time. If the Persona is right but the song is wrong, revise Style or Lyrics before replacing the Persona. This preserves a stable creative identity while each track develops its own role.

Keep one short listening note with each Persona so collaborators know what to preserve.
